I want to enroll in the Fixed Price program. I understand my price will be locked in at $3.049 per gallon from FEBRUARY 1, 2010 through JUNE 30, 2010.  Note: This price can change from day to day with the market until you submit this form, locking it in.  Any purchases made prior to submitting this form will be at the prevailing market rate.  Also, because we must contract for your oil for the entire year up-front, automatic delivery is required, and an early-termination fee of $799 would apply if you cancel or interrupt your automatic deliveries before June 30, 2010.  You must pay your bills according to payment terms to maintain your price protection.

 

I would rather pay the guaranteed lower market price.  My price will fluctuate with the market, but is guaranteed to be lower than the average daily market price of full service dealers in the area. Today’s guaranteed lower market price is $3.049 per gallon. 

 

I would like to enroll in your EasyPay program, which spreads my winter bills into 11 lower, predictable payments.  (For more details, visit the Spread Out Fuel Bills page.)    You can choose Easy Pay whether you choose a fixed price or our guaranteed lower market price. You will automatically earn a 2% rebate calculated monthly on any credit balances. Note: If you are already on Easy Pay, you don’t need to click here.

 

I would like to take advantage of your I-Checks option.  This will authorize my bank to pay you automatically each month which saves me the hassle of writing and sending checks.  I will be entitled to a 2-cent-per-gallon discount, and will be notified whenever payment is made.  (A voided Check must be mailed to our office)
